Chris is a C-level executive with over ten years of automation, process design, and project management experience.

With notable success over the last ten years, he has deployed multiple large and small automation projects across the food, energy, industrial, recycling, plastic, pharmaceutical / nutraceutical, and cannabis sectors. In 2017 the expansion into co-packing services was complete to make Chris a full-service provider of packaging automation and packaging services.  

Mr. Heming has a proven track record of success in expanding existing technologies, new technologies, and innovate designs and processes. He has a distinguished reputation of an effective leader and talented innovator in Western Canada.

Lawrence is a professional Engineer, MBA, successful with over Twenty years as an independent consultant working in, Quality Management, Project Management, Business Process Improvement, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Management.

He has been responsible for designing developing, implementing and managing projects for regulatory agencies, oil and gas producers, and engineering, procurement and construction management companies (EPCM), and food production facilities – projects ranging $50,000 to $60 million.

From January 2007 – April 2011 he was a founding member and Chief Operating Officer of Exergy Engineers and Constructors Inc. (EPCM)

Mike’s career has focussed on structuring and capital raising for private companies in Western Canada. He is very active in Alberta’s Exempt Market community and was recently the Chairman of the National Exempt Market Association Due Diligence Committee. He is also an Expert Advisor with Innovate Calgary at the University of Calgary. Mike is a Certified Private Equity Professional and was the founder of an Exempt Market Dealer in Alberta. Mike has obtained his Partners, Directors and Senior Officers credential with the Canadian Securities Institute and is a firm believer in solid corporate governance.
